    Who we are

    COTA was founded and registered in 2017 as a Community Based Organization with Odupi Sub County and later with Terego District under the names of Community Transformation Agenda. However, during registration with URSB in 2023, we incorporated as Center for Community Holistic Engagement and Transformation Action (COTA) Limited, and in 2025, COTA upgraded to an Indigenous Non- Governmental Organization (NGO), based in Terego District in the West Nile region of Uganda.
